Adding Reagents to a Container

To add reagents to a container, follow these steps:

Select the Reagent toggle button in the Worklist samples group. This will display a list of reagents.
Select a reagent to add to the task.
Select one of the following options from the Apply control:
- Apply to all samples. The reagents will be added to each well containing a sample.
- Apply to selected wells. The reagents will be added to every selected well.
- Apply to all wells. The reagents will be added to the each well in the containers of the task.
- Apply to all selected samples. The reagents will be added to selected wells that contain samples.

If you do not want the reagents to be added to any wells where those reagents have already been added make sure the Skip well with reagent option is selected from the Apply control.
If you selected an apply option that requires wells to be selected, and then select the wells that you want to add the reagents to.
Press the Add-To-Task button.

Note: You can add reagents not specified by the protocol by selecting Show non-standard reagents under the Filter drop down in the Worklist samples group.
