To attach result data to a sample, follow these steps:
- Select the sample you want to attach a result to.
- From the Results control in the Task Samples group select one of the following options:
- Text. Used to attach manually inputted or cut and paste text to the selected sample(s).
- File path. For linking or importing a file with the selected sample(s).
- Image. Used to import an image into eLab and associate it with the selected sample(s).
- Sequence. For manually inputting or cutting and pasting a sequence into eLab and associating them with the related sample(s).
- Other. For importing sample data not supported by one of the
other options listed above.
- Enter the required data from the dialogue box that is displayed.
- Click Import.
