Importing a Sequence

To import a sequence into eLab, follow these steps:

Click Sequence Import from the File group of the Results tab. The Sequence Import dialogue box is displayed.

Enter the sample identifier of one or more samples that you want to attach to the sequence.
Select the date (and optionally time) that the result was created.
Note: Separate multiple identifiers commas (e.g. 1-2, 1-3, 2-4).
Enter any comments you want attached to the result.
In the Sequence box enter the result sequence by either typing it or pasting from another application.
Click Import.
