Updating Licensing

To import samples you need to purchase a Sample License from eBioSys. When you create a Sample License enter the license key in the License dialogue box, your license limit will immediately increase to the new number.

To enter a license key, follow these steps:

Click the Licensing button from the Administration group of the Home tab. The Licensing dialogue box is displayed.

Enter the license key and then click the Update license button.

If a license key has been copied to the clipboard use the Paste license key button to automatically insert the key into the dialogue box.
Use the Copy Installation Id button to copy your installation Id to the clipboard so you can then paste the license on the relevant screen of the eBioSys website when purchasing a Sample License.
